Initial Consultation

Based on the information you provided, the appropriate expert will get back to you quickly, usually within 1 business day.

From there, we’ll get the details we need to:

  • Verify your issue qualifies for the PWYW program,
  • Understand all the relevant specifics of your situtation,
  • Give you an estimated time frame for completion, and
  • Begin to work on your task or problem.

Simple questions, recommendations, or other tasks may be able to be completed on the initial consult.

 

Task Completion

When the task is complete, we’ll provide you with the information, results or finished project, any supporting materials you may find useful, and a timeline of our efforts. 

You can then use this information, the knowledge of the time and effort you saved, and your particular budget when calculating how much to pay for the service. Payment options are available online on the “Payments” page.
